Chief Executive Officer:

Connie Prell Douglas is one of the founders of Telcore. She joined Telcore as the Chief Executive Officer in 1999. Prior to Telcore she was the Regional Director - MidAtlantic Region - for Telcordia Technologies. She brings more than 20 years of leadership skills and business acumen to Telcore.

Ms. Douglas has held leadership positions at AT&T, Convergys, and Telcordia Technologies. Ms Douglas holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Miami University in Ohio and her MBA in Quantative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio.


Chief Operating Officer:

Charles Douglas, one of the founders, re-joined the company as the Chief Operating Officer in 2005. Prior to his re-joining Telcore, he held various senior level positions, including executive administration officer and secretary of the board for Last Mile Connections and Universal Interconnect Services, Inc. At LMC and UIS he was responsible for the corporate development and oversight of the company's operations and infrastructure as it expanded its services into new metropolitan areas.

He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the disciplines and infrastructure required to build and sustain a viable telecommunications business. His tenure in the telecommunications industry has included chief operating officer for Telcore, Inc., vice president of operations and engineering for VarTec Communications, vice president for Band-X, and vice president operations for e.spire Communications. He has held other various leadership positions at Bell Atlantic, Telcordia Technologies and Convergys.
